		<description>Yes, I completely agree!  I've been frustrated by project management for years and I'm still looking for the rosetta stone.  I've contributed to many projects (never as a true Project Manager though) and there has to be better processes and methods than those I've participated in.

So many variables... and your project management as a whole needs to be as transparent and flow-conducive as possibly or you will end up spending resources managing your management.

Do you think meetings are vital or outdated?</description>
